These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the KitParlor website and its tools ("the site"). By accessing or using KitParlor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Free to use

KitParlor's tools are provided free of charge for both personal and commercial use. You do not need an account, and there is no fee to use the tools. The site is supported by advertising.

Ownership of your work

You retain full ownership of every image you bring to KitParlor and everything you create using our tools. Because files are processed entirely in your browser and never reach our servers, we make no claim to your content and never receive a copy of it. What you make with KitParlor is yours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use KitParlor to:

• Process images you do not have the rights to use;
• Create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the site;
• Use automated systems to abuse the site in a way that degrades service for others.

No warranty

KitParlor is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Results — such as DPI estimates, resized files or extracted colors — are provided for your convenience, and you are responsible for verifying that any output meets your needs before using it in production, printing or selling.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KitParlor and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools — including any loss of data, revenue, or business.

Third-party links and ads

KitParlor may display advertisements and link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those third parties. Interacting with an ad or external site is at your own discretion and subject to that party's own terms and policies.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of KitParlor after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
