Contact KitParlor
Something broken, an idea for a tool, a mistake in a guide, or a business question — this is where to send it.
Email us
The best way to reach KitParlor is plain email. It goes straight to the person who builds and maintains the site.
What to write about
- Bug reports — a tool that produces the wrong result, a game that will not start, a download that comes out broken.
- Tool ideas — a fiddly job you keep doing by hand that a small browser tool could take off your plate.
- Corrections to the guides — marketplace requirements change, and a guide that was right last year may be wrong today. Tell us and we will fix it.
- Business enquiries — advertising, partnerships, or anything else of that sort.
Reporting a bug
Please name the exact tool or game — for example "Sticker Border Maker" or "Voxel Drift" — and say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your browser and whether you are on desktop or phone helps too. Without the name we cannot reproduce it, and a bug we cannot reproduce is a bug we cannot fix.
One thing we cannot ask for: your files. Every KitParlor tool runs entirely in your browser and nothing is ever uploaded, so we have no copy of what you were working on. A description or a screenshot is the most we can use.
How long we take
One person reads these, around other work, so give it a few days. We would rather be honest about that than promise a reply within 24 hours and miss it. Every message does get read, even when the reply is slow.
For what happens to the information you send us, see the Privacy Policy. The rules for using the site are in the Terms of Use, and there is more background on the project in About.
